Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Generally, orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Q: How do returns work?
A: You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or order number. You can submit a return request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will receive a refund after inspection.
Q: Is shipping free or are there fees?
A: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. There are different shipping options (Standard, Expedited) available depending on the country.
Q: Can I get an exchange for a defective item?
A: Yes. Exchanges are allowed if an item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We cover return shipping for defective items.
