Refund & Return Policy – Stabens Natural Skincare

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To initiate a return, please send an email to mariebeauty@stabens.shop with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The reason for your return

We will respond within 2–3 business days with confirmation and instructions on how to send your item back.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Skincare products must be unopened and sealed
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at mariebeauty@stabens.shop and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
