Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or order number.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mariebeauty@stabens.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items or if the wrong item was sent. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
